College Suites at Washington Square was completed in 2012 at a cost of $15.7 million dollars. Designed by Re4orm Architecture and developed by the United Group, the building consists of 264 beds and provides modern, apartment style student housing across the street from the SUNY Schenectady County Community College campus and is a short walk to all the downtown restaurants, cafes and activities in Schenectady.
